Common use of Appointment of the Senior Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Senior Agent. (A) Each of the Senior Lenders appoints the Senior Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Transaction Documents. (B) Each of the Senior Lenders authorises the Senior Agent to perform the duties, obligations and responsibilities and to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Senior Agent under or in connection with the Transaction Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Senior Agent. (Aa) Each of the Senior Arranger and the Lenders appoints the Senior Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Transaction Finance Documents. (Bb) Each of the Senior Arranger and the Lenders authorises the Senior Agent to perform the duties, obligations and responsibilities and to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Senior Agent under or in connection with the Transaction Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
