The Long Notice, Short Notice, and Claim Form shall be reviewed by the Settlement Administrator (to the extent practicable) and may be revised as agreed by the Parities Parties prior to the submission to the Court for approval. The Long Notice, Short Notice, and Claim Form approved by the Court may be adjusted by the Settlement Administrator in consultation and agreement with the Parties as may be reasonable and necessary, so long as it is not inconsistent with such approval and does not materially alter the language approved by the Court.
