Common use of Appointment of the Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Trust hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent for all of the Shares of each Sub-Trust of the Trust in existence as of the date hereof, and as shareholder-servicing agent for the Trust and the Transfer Agent accepts these appointments and agrees to perform the duties herein set forth. If the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Article IV of the Declaration of the Trust, hereafter designates and establishes one or more new Sub-Trusts, the Transfer Agent agrees that it will act as transfer agent and shareholder servicing agent for the new Sub-Trust(s) on the terms set forth herein. The Trust shall cause a written notice to be sent to the Transfer Agent to the effect that it has established a new Sub-Trust and that it appoints the Transfer Agent as transfer agent and shareholder servicing agent for the new Sub-Trust. Compensation of the Transfer Agent shall be established pursuant to Section 5 hereof. The Trust shall provide any documents as are specified in Sections 6 and 7 hereof as the Transfer Agent may reasonably request.
