Common use of Appointment of the Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Company hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent for all of the Shares of the Company authorized as of the date hereof, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties herein set forth. If the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Directors") hereafter reclassifies the Shares, by the creation of one or more additional Funds or otherwise, the Transfer Agent agrees that it will act as transfer agent for the Shares so reclassified on the terms set forth herein.
