APPOINTMENT OF THIRD PARTY – PROCESSING SUBCONTRACTOR BY THE PROCESSOR. 5.1 The Data Controller shall entitle the Data Processor to recruit other processing subcontractors under the specific terms of this Agreement and subject to any limitations contained in the Main Agreement. 5.2 In case where the Data Processor has already, at the time of signing this Agreement, appointed a Processing subcontractor, the Data Processor will retain the right to cooperate with the subcontractor, subject to the fulfillment - as soon as possible and as appropriate - of the obligations undertaken by the Data Processor under this Agreement on choosing a third party - processing subcontractor. 5.3 The Data Processor will inform the Data Controller with prior written notice of his intention to hire a third party - processing subcontractor, and wlll provide a detailed analysis of the Processing to be performed by the third party - processing subcontractor.
