Appointment of Trustee and Investment Committee. 10.1.1 The Employer shall appoint one or more persons as a Trustee who shall serve as such for all or a portion of the Trust Fund. By executing the Adoption Agreement: (i) the Employer represents that all necessary action has been taken for the appointment of the Trustee; (ii) the Trustee acknowledges that it accepts such appointment; and (iii) both the Employer and the Trustee agree to act in accordance with the Trust provisions contained in this Article X.
