In the event of any dissolution of the Company, the Company, prior to such dissolution, will, at its expense, deliver or cause to be delivered the securities, property, and/or cash receivable by the registered holder of the Warrant after the effective date of such dissolution pursuant to this Section 4 to a bank or trust company having its principal office in Delaware, as trustee for the registered holder of this Warrant.
