Appointment, Removal and Resignation of the Guarantee Trustee. No resignation or removal of the Guarantee Trustee and no appointment of a Successor Guarantee Trustee pursuant to this Article shall become effective until the acceptance of appointment by the Successor Guarantee Trustee by written instrument executed by the Successor Guarantee Trustee and delivered to the Holders and the Guarantee Trustee.
