Appointment to Fill a Vacancy in Office of Indenture Trustee. The Owner Trustee, whenever necessary to avoid or fill a vacancy in the office of Indenture Trustee, will, with the consent of the Lessee, appoint, in the manner provided in Section 12.02 hereof, an Indenture Trustee, so that there shall at all times be an Indenture Trustee hereunder.
