Common use of Appointment Type Clause in Contracts

Appointment Type. (i) "Regular Employees" are engaged on either a Full-time or Part- time basis to perform duties, which are of a continuous nature of indefinite extent. Such Employees are hereinafter referred to as "Regular Full-time Employees" or "Regular Part-time Employees".
