The Sub-adviser Adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, forth for the compensation herein provided.

Appointment. The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its Adviser to provide certain sub-investment Sub-adviser with respect advisory services to each Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement (the “Sub-Advisory Agreement”). The Sub-adviser Adviser hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to render furnish the services herein set forth, forth for the compensation herein provided.

The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its Adviser to provide certain investment Subsub-adviser with respect advisory services to each the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. Appointment. (a) The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser Adviser to act as its the investment Subsub-adviser with respect to each Fund the Trust and to furnish the services described herein, for the period and on upon the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Sub-adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.

Appointment. The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser Adviser to act as its investment Subsub-adviser with respect to each Fund Fund, for the period periods and on the terms set forth in this Agreementherein. The Sub-adviser Adviser accepts such the appointment and agrees to render furnish the services set forth herein set forth, for the compensation herein providedprovided in Schedule A to this Agreement.

Appointment. The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser Adviser to act as its investment Subsub-adviser with respect to each Fund for the period Funds and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. Intending to be legally bound, Sub-adviser with respect to each Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser Adviser as its an investment Subsub-adviser with respect to each Fund of the Fund's portfolios named on an Exhibit to this Agreement (each, a "Portfolio") for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its investment SubAdviser to provide the sub-adviser with respect advisory services specified herein to each the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Interim Agreement. The Sub-adviser Adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render furnish the services herein set forth, forth for the compensation herein provided.

The Investment Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-Adviser to act as a sub-investment adviser as its investment Sub-adviser with respect to each the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Sub-adviser Adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render furnish the services herein set forth, forth for the compensation herein provided.

The Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its investment Sub-adviser with respect Adviser to each Fund perform advisory services to the Funds for the period periods and on the terms set forth in this Sub-Advisory Agreement. The Sub-adviser Sub- Adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render furnish the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.

Adviser The Investment Advisor hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its investment Sub-adviser with respect Subadvisor to each perform advisory services to the Fund for the period periods and on the terms set forth in this Subadvisory Agreement. The Sub-adviser Subadvisor accepts such appointment and agrees to render furnish the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.
