Common use of Apportionment of Revenue and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Apportionment of Revenue and Expenses. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereby acknowledge that (a) all items of operating revenue and operating expenses of each Golf Course, with respect to the period prior to 12:00 a.m. local time (the “Cut-off Time”) at such Golf Course on the Commencement Date, shall be for the account of the entity that owned such Golf Course on the day immediately preceding the Commencement Date, and (b) all items of operating revenue and operating expenses of each Golf Course, with respect to the period from and after the Cut-off Time, shall be for the account of Owner.
