Appraisal Base Day. The asset appraisal base day of this project is September 30, 2007. In favor of guaranteeing appraisal result and effectively in the service of appraisal objectives, the appraisal base day has little effect on the appraisal result and is capable of correctly reflecting the up-to-date status of related assets. The day is decided by the entrustee after the joint negotiation and approaches the realization day of relevant economic activities as possible. The pricing standard adopted in this appraisal is the effective pricing standard on the appraisal base day.
