APPRAISAL CONDITIONS. If the Buyer should request, Seller agrees to obtain a current appraisal in an amount not less than the purchase price. Should the appraisal be less than this amount, the Buyer, at his option, may pay the required difference in cash, or the Seller, at his option, may reduce the purchase price accordingly. Seller also agrees to satisfy all appraisal conditions contained therein, not to exceed $1,900.00 and directs escrow agent to hold nineteen hundred dollars of Sellers proceeds until a walk-through of premises is approved by Buyer. 10)
