Common use of Appraiser Independence Clause in Contracts

Appraiser Independence. The Ameriquest Parties shall comply with the independence standards set forth in the October 28, 2003, Independent Appraisal and Evaluation Functions statement by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of Thrift Supervision and National Credit Union Association, as amended from time to time.
