Apprentice Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist. Level 1 All apprentices shall be governed by the On- tario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 (OCTAA) or any successor legisla- tion under the trade of Network Cabling Spe- cialist – 631A. Apprentice Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 1 shall be able to carry out the work of a Communication Cable Installer as well as the termination of cables or the installations of associated equipment. Apprentice Communi- cation Technician (Network Cabling Special- ist) Xxxxx 0 shall advance to Apprenticeship Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Level 2 after completing two thou- sand (2000) hours of on-the-job training and successful completion of Level 1 Network Ca- bling Specialist trade school curriculum. The apprentice shall comply with the terms and conditions set by the applicable local Joint Apprenticeship Council.
