Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.
DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.
Using Agency’s Representative The Using Agency may designate from time to time a Using Agency’s Representative, who shall work with the Design Professional and the Owner’s Representative as a liaison with the Using Agency.
Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
Designated Operating Representative The Parties may also designate operating representatives to conduct the communications which may be necessary or convenient for the administration of this Agreement. This person will also serve as the point of contact with respect to operations and maintenance of the Party’s facilities. Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
