Appropriate Permissions. Covered Entity represents that it has provided all necessary notices to Individuals and has obtained any necessary permissions from Individuals and other entities, in order to disclose PHI to Business Associate and in order for Business Associate to use and disclose PHI as set forth in this BAA, in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations.
