Common use of Appropriation by Fiscal Agent or Italian Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Appropriation by Fiscal Agent or Italian Paying Agent. If the Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent, as the case may be, makes any payment in accordance with Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agent(s)), it shall be entitled to appropriate for its own account out of the funds received by it under Clause 7.1 (Issuer or Guarantor to pay Fiscal Agent or the Italian Paying Agent) an amount equal to the amount so paid by it.
