Common use of Approval and Consent Clause in Contracts

Approval and Consent. Pursuant to Section 9.02 of the Indenture, the undersigned hereby approves and consents to (i) the supplement to the Indenture as set forth in the Third Supplemental Indenture substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Supplemental Indenture”) and (ii) the execution and delivery of the Supplemental Indenture by U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as Trustee and Collateral Agent under the Indenture.

Approval and Consent. Pursuant to Section 9.02 of the Indenture, the undersigned hereby approves and consents to (i) the supplement to the Indenture as set forth in the Third Eighth Supplemental Indenture substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Supplemental Indenture”) and (ii) the execution and delivery of the Supplemental Indenture by U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association in its capacity as Trustee and Collateral Agent under the Indenture.

Approval and Consent. Pursuant to Section 9.02 of the Indenture, the undersigned hereby approves and consents to (i) the supplement to the Indenture as set forth in the Third First Supplemental Indenture substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Supplemental Indenture”) and (ii) the execution and delivery of the Supplemental Indenture by U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as Trustee and Collateral Agent under the Indenture.

Approval and Consent. Pursuant to Section 9.02 of the Indenture, the undersigned hereby approves and consents to (i) the supplement to the Indenture as set forth in the Third Fourth Supplemental Indenture substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Supplemental Indenture”) and (ii) the execution and delivery of the Supplemental Indenture by U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as Trustee and Collateral Agent under the Indenture.
