Approval and Listing. a copy of the confirmation from the Central Bank that the Base Prospectus has been approved as a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation and confirmation that Euronext Dublin will list on the Official List and that Euronext Dublin will admit to trading on the Main Securities Market any Covered Bonds to be issued under the Programme (including any increase in the Programme, as applicable).
