Common use of Approval and Permits Clause in Contracts

Approval and Permits. No work associated with the construction of the Improvements shall be commenced by Borrower unless and until the Plans and Specifications have been approved by Lender and, to the extent required by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, by all Public Authorities and by the beneficiary of any such restrictive covenant, and unless and until all building, construction and other permits necessary or required in connection with the commencement of the construction of the Improvements have been validly issued and all fees and bonds (whether posted by Borrower or its seller) required in connection therewith have been paid or posted, as the circumstances may require.
