Approval by Counsel. All actions, proceedings, instruments and documents required to carry out this Agreement or incidental hereto and all other related legal matters shall have met the reasonable satisfaction of counsel to Purchaser and such counsel shall have been furnished with all such documents and instruments as they shall have reasonably requested in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
