Common use of Approval by Other Governmental Agencies Clause in Contracts

Approval by Other Governmental Agencies. All of the parties’ respective rights and obligations under this Agreement are subject to and conditioned upon approval of the Project and all Project Documents by such other governmental agencies, whether state, local or federal, as have jurisdiction and may be required or entitled to approve them. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the DIA does not guarantee approval of this Agreement or any aspect of the Project by any government authorities and agencies that are independent of the DIA.
