Approval Letter Clause Samples
An Approval Letter clause defines the requirement for formal written consent or authorization from one party to another, typically as a condition for proceeding with certain actions or transactions. In practice, this clause specifies that a party must obtain an official letter of approval before undertaking activities such as commencing work, making changes to a project, or accessing confidential information. Its core function is to ensure that all significant actions are explicitly authorized, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a clear record of consent.
