Common use of Approval Motion and Approval Order Clause in Contracts

Approval Motion and Approval Order. The Debtors agree that they shall use reasonable best efforts to (a) obtain the entry of the BCA Approval Order, the Plan Solicitation Order, the Rights Offering Procedures Order and the Confirmation Order (including filing any and all supporting affidavits necessary with respect thereto, including on behalf of the Company and its financial advisor), and (b) cause each of the BCA Approval Order, the Plan Solicitation Order, Rights Offering Procedures Order and the Confirmation Order to become a Final Order (including by requesting that such BCA Approval Order be a Final Order immediately upon its entry by the Bankruptcy Court), in each case as soon as practicable following the filing of the applicable motion seeking entry of such Orders.
