The Company agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) obtain the entry of the Approval Order (including filing supporting affidavits on behalf of the Company and its financial advisor) andand (b) cause the Approval Order to become a Final Order (including by requesting that such Approval Order be a Final Order immediately upon its entry by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to a waiver of Bankruptcy Rule 6004(h)), in each case as soon as practicable following the filing of the Approval Motion.
