Approval of Actions and Documents. All actions to be taken by Seller in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the form and substance of all certificates, instruments, environmental reports and other documents delivered to Buyer under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to Buyer and its counsel.
