Common use of Approval of Actions and Documents Clause in Contracts

Approval of Actions and Documents. All actions to be taken by Purchaser and ICF in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the form and substance of all certificates, instruments and other documents delivered to Seller or Parent under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to Seller and Parent.
