Approval of Actions and Documents. All actions to be taken by the Initial Members and the Company in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the form and substance of all certificates, instruments and other documents delivered to Purchaser under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to Purchaser.
