Approval of Annual Budget and Approval of Leases. (a) The Servicer and the Special Servicer each hereby agree and acknowledge that the Servicer and the Special Servicer, as applicable, shall respond to any request by the Borrower under Section 4.12(a) of the Loan Agreement for approval of the Annual Budget, to the extent such approval is required pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement. (b) The Servicer and the Special Servicer each hereby agree and acknowledge that the Servicer and the Special Servicer, as applicable, shall respond to the Borrower’s request for any consent with respect to leases in accordance with Section 4.14(g) of the Loan Agreement.
