Approval of Charter. Based upon and in reliance upon the information and representations of SPONSOR in the Application, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, and pursuant to its resolution dated , AUTHORIZER hereby approves the Application of SPONSOR to operate CHARTER SCHOOL as a public charter school within the local school district of Shelby County, Tennessee, in accordance with the ACT and the terms and provisions of this Agreement, and hereby grants and issues SPONSOR a Charter for the creation, maintenance, and operation of CHARTER SCHOOL. As required by Tenn. Code Xxx. §00-00-000, through incorporation of the Application by reference herein this Agreement, this Agreement, to the best of the parties’ knowledge, contains all components required by Tenn. Code Xxx. §00-00-000.
