Common use of Approval of Counsel to the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Approval of Counsel to the Administrative Agent. All legal matters incident to this Credit Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be reasonably satisfactory to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, counsel to the Administrative Agent and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Casgrain, special Canadian counsel to the Administrative Agent.
