Common use of Approval of Counsel to the Company Clause in Contracts

Approval of Counsel to the Company. The Investor shall furnish to counsel for the Company such certificates and documents as may reasonably be requested by counsel to the Company to enable such counsel to pass on or evaluate the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Article 8. All actions and proceedings hereunder and all documents or other papers required to be delivered by the Investor hereunder or in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, and all other related matters, shall be subject to the reasonable approval of Xxxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Company, as to their form and substance. Section 8.7
