Approval of Eligible Asset. Conditioned upon the timely and satisfactory completion of Seller’s requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above, Buyer shall (1) notify Seller in writing (which may take the form of electronic mail format) that Buyer has not approved the proposed Eligible Asset as a Purchased Asset or (2) notify Seller in writing (which may take the form of electronic mail format) that Buyer has approved the proposed Eligible Asset as a Purchased Asset.
