Approval of License and Retroactive Charges. If SWBT approves Applicant’s application for a new or amended license, Applicant shall be liable to SWBT for all fees and charges associated with the unauthorized attachments as specified in Section 17.10 of this Agreement. The issuance of a new or amended license as provided by this article shall not operate retroactively or constitute a waiver by SWBT of any of its rights or privileges under this Agreement or otherwise.
