Approval of Mortgage Lender by Servicer. The Mortgage Lender must be approved by each Servicer for each Program in which it participates and, in order to participate in any particular Program, must be able to make all the representations and warranties set forth in the Program Documents. Acceptance for participation in one Program does not guaranty acceptance for participation in another Program.
