Approval of Plans by Public Authorities. Prior to commencing construction, Tenant shall obtain approval of the Plans and Specifications for the Premises from all appropriate government agencies, and a copy of the Plans and Specifications, as approved, shall be dated and initialed by both Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall exercise due diligence in obtaining any such approval.
