Common use of Approval of Proceedings; Documentation Clause in Contracts

Approval of Proceedings; Documentation. All instruments and legal -------------------------------------- and corporate proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Purchase Agreement, and the form and substance of all instruments, opinions, certificates and other documents hereunder, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Purchaser and Purchaser's counsel.

Approval of Proceedings; Documentation.
