Common use of Approval of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Approval of Proceedings. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Landmark Parties, and their special counsels, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxxxx; and the Landmark Parties shall have received copies of all documents or other evidence which it may reasonably request in connection with such transactions and of all records of corporate proceedings in connection therewith in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Landmark Parties.
