Approval of Proceedings. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Investors and its counsel, Kleinberg, Kaplan, Xxxxx & Xxxxx, P.C. The Investors shall have received copies of all documents or other evidence which it may reasonably request in connection with such transactions in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Investors.
