Approval of railway manager. For the purposes of section 255 of the TIA, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Agreement constitute: (a) the Landholder’s approval as railway manager of all Construction Works and other activities to be undertaken by or for the Trustee on the Extension Land under and in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) for avoidance of doubt, reasonable conditions to which that approval is subject.
