APPROVAL OF SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION. Any K-12 school project required by the NM Construction Industries Division (CID) to be permitted shall, prior to advertisement to bid or purchase of the project, be first authorized by a Public School Facilities Authority (PSFA) Request for Approval of School Construction (RASC) per Section 22-20-1 NMSA 1978.
