Approval of Terms and Conditions. 5.1 The Licensee shall file with the TRC for approval a proposed draft form of standard terms and conditions as required by Section 3 of this Schedule. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of a draft form, the TRC shall either provide written notice that the draft form is approved or advise the Licensee that the proposed draft is not approved. If the TRC does not notify the Licensee that the draft form is not approved within the said sixty (60) days period, the draft form shall be deemed approved as filed.
