Approval of the Borrower Loan Documents and Funding Loan Documents. By its execution and delivery of this Borrower Loan Agreement, the Borrower approves the form and substance of the Borrower Loan Documents and the Funding Loan Documents, and agrees to carry out the responsibilities and duties specified in the Borrower Loan Documents and the Funding Loan Documents to be carried out by the Borrower.
