Approval of Third Party Manufacturers/Suppliers. In no event will Licensee permit or engage any person or entity to manufacture or supply a Licensed Product or components thereof without first following all company policies and procedures relating to due diligence and approval of third-party manufacturers/suppliers. In any event, Licensee shall be fully responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of any manufacturer, whether or not approved by S&W.
