Common use of Approval of Title Documents and Survey Clause in Contracts

Approval of Title Documents and Survey. Purchaser has approved the status of title to the Property after obtaining commitments for title insurance (“Title Commitments”) for the Land and the Leasehold Parcels from Chicago Title Insurance Company (the “Title Company”) and any recertification of the surveys delivered by Seller to Purchaser (the “Current Surveys”) or new surveys that Purchaser has elected to obtain with respect to the Land and the Leasehold Parcels (the “New Surveys”). All of the matters disclosed on the Title Commitments and New Surveys, together with and all other matters otherwise affecting title to the Land and Leasehold Parcels will constitute the “Permitted Exceptions”.
