Common use of Approval of Utility and Pavement Grades Clause in Contracts

Approval of Utility and Pavement Grades. Prior to installing the Project, in, under, over, along, across or upon Public Property, the University shall obtain the approval of the utility and pavement grades from the City and shall install the Project to the grades substantially as reviewed. If the University fails to lay a utility or pavement substantially to the approved grade, the University shall, if required by the City, remove and relocate the Project or any part thereof and shall pay the entire cost of such relocation.
