Approval of Waivers. Unless otherwise agreed by Lender, any modifications set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents which are modifications to or waivers from the terms and conditions applicable to similar loans made by Lender and sold to Xxxxxx Xxx shall remain in effect with respect to a Mortgaged Property or an Advance only for so long as such Mortgaged Property and Advance are subject to this Agreement and such Borrower is controlled by Guarantor and is a party to this Agreement.
