Common use of Approval Order Clause in Contracts

Approval Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered an order approving this Agreement and the Administrative Claims as described in Section 2.11 (the “Approval Order”), which Approval Order (i) shall authorize extensions of credit in the amount of $650,000,000, (ii) shall authorize the payment by the Borrower of all fees and expenses provided for herein, (iii) shall be in form and substance acceptable to GM and (iv) shall have become final and non-appealable.

Approval Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered an order approving this Agreement Amendment and the Administrative Claims as described in Section 2.11 (the “Approval Order”), which Approval Order (i) shall authorize extensions of credit in the hereunder up to an aggregate principal amount of $650,000,000300,000,000, (ii) shall authorize the payment by the Borrower of all fees and expenses provided for hereinherein and in the GM-Delphi Agreement, (iii) shall be in form and substance acceptable to GM and (iv) shall have become final and non-appealable.
